CupDiem
CupDiem is a poster campaign encouraging women to use menstrual cups. Conventional menstrual products, and their packaging, generate 200,000 tonnes of waste in the U.K. every year. Menstrual cups are a great sustainable alternative that can be reused for up to 10 years. Additionally, they are free of harmful toxins which are abundant in many tampons and pads.
Many women are discouraged by the unfamiliar shape of a cup. To make the experience less daunting, I’ve compared them to a selection of unusual objects women have put in themselves.
