Yoko Ono’s “Grapefruit” has become known as a famous example of early conceptual art. To revive this pioneer in conceptual art, this republishing of the text contains the content that was sold in the first edition sold on the streets of Tokyo in 1964. The size and weight replicate the first edition like that of the original, with an embossed white cover. The typeface has been updated to Union—a hybrid font that references the many motifs of hybridism within the concept of the book.
